I wish they had negative stars!! I made. An appointment with the service department about a week and a half two weeks ago to have my headlight replaced. When I arrived today I was told that it may take a few days fir the service department to get it done?? She said that yhey may be able to do it in the quick lane, but she didn't have any idea if the could get it done today, the quick lane has there own appointment to get done. I ask what the purpose of me making an appointment. I was told that the appointment was to have it diagnosed and to get in the queue and could take a few days. Total xx!! I made an appointment to have a headlight changed, but it turn out I made an appointment to go in and make an appointment?!? xxx!! I DON'T THINK I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO MY WORST ENEMY!! I'm so disappointed and plan on telling everyone I know to avoid this place at all costs! Even if it means take a drive to Colorado or Laramie.

We were Eastbound on I-80 traveling home to Des Moines and needed a tire rotation; we were easily able to schedule service online. The service team was friendly and completed service promptly!

By far the best dealership service department I’ve ever dealt with. Very kind and courteous staff especially Jordan. He was ready and prepared for me before I showed up making the handoff seamless. They sure do make Toyota look good and every other service department subpar.

Like the advantage care plan. I trust the service. I hate having an appt and still waiting 2+ hours.

The RAV4 was in for 10000 checkup. Waited a looooooonnnnnnggggg time for the work to be completed. (Check your in and out schedule.) Didn’t hear a whole about why it was taking sooooo long. Try doing better! 🙁

Great people! Not so great pricing. I am a curious individual, so I did some research after they completed a $470 dollar repair. It feels like price gouging instead of trying to serve the customer and pursuing a fair deal. Once again, nice, professional, and kind people, but terrible pricing.

Great service work. Great people. Love the care package. Only item is that on my Lexus, they do not reset the car computer tracking service items.

My new Camry had a defective 12V battery. These guys not only replaced the battery, they also ran complete diagnostic testing on the car to make sure that there were no other issues. Toyota covered the $ under warranty.

Been getting the oil change care package for a few years now for Camry. Three changes, tire rotation, etc for $140. Must use within two years, so I get service each year. Pretty good deal. Plus, KG sends coupons for other services that are pretty competitive.

Jordan was wonderful to work with. He explained everything that was done on car. I had a trip coming in 2 days. He got parts ordered and car fixed before my trip. I am happy with my overall visit to you services department.

I purchased a Gold Certified Pre-Owned 2024 Ford Explorer in December, specifically because it was Gold Certified and supposed to provide peace of mind. That peace of mind lasted less than two weeks. Within a few days, my wife called me after the brakes locked up and threw her into the steering wheel. Thankfully, our two-year-old son was not in the vehicle at the time. After that, I drove the car myself and experienced the same issue, brakes randomly locking up and also failing to grab at all. On top of that, a rattling noise developed in the front end and progressively worsened quickly, followed by another unexplained noise coming from the engine. All of this happened within 11 days of ownership. This is completely unacceptable for a vehicle that was supposedly Gold Certified and thoroughly inspected. I returned the vehicle on Monday, December 29th, making it very clear that while I was okay with the shop looking at it, the car was not coming home with me. It was unsafe, and I had completely lost trust in it. This situation was made even worse considering my wife was already in a serious accident that totaled our previous vehicle—she was not about to drive another unsafe car, especially with our child. The following day, I worked with Jake P., who was excellent throughout the entire process. However, the experience quickly went downhill when his manager/coworker (a female manager/coworker whose name I unfortunately don’t recall) presented numbers, since apparently we are doing a trade in after 11 days....that showed I was taking nearly a $7,500 loss due to issues that their shop missed. I said So I'm taking a $7,500 loss on your shop not doing their Job and that this was unacceptable. Her first comment was, “Well, we can run it through the shop.” This was extremely rude, unprofessional, and dismissive, especially given that she fully understood why we were there and the safety concerns involved. When I asked to speak with her manager 3 times, it became clear that the dealership’s “We Hear You” slogan is not embodied. Ultimately, after working with the sales manager, I still ended up losing close to $4,000 due to this situation. I’ve come to terms with it, but at least this happened to me and not a family that couldn’t afford to take that kind of financial hit. To make matters worse, I later contacted the bank that financed the original vehicle because i noticed my account was not paid off yet. Come to find out that the payoff check was short. This is especially concerning since his manager/coworker claimed she personally spoke with my bank—something I now seriously doubt since it was short. I also received no communication about closing the gap on the first vehicle until I personally wrote an email to the General Manager. Only after doing that did I receive a call, at which point I was told I simply needed to come in and sign paperwork—something that could and should have been communicated much earlier and not just told it will come back to me. These breakdowns in communication have been frustrating and unnecessary, especially after everything that had already gone wrong. Jake has been professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout this ordeal. Unfortunately, his manager, shop and the dealership’s certification process failed. A vehicle with dangerous brake issues should never be Gold Certified, and the way this was handled was terrible. I would strongly caution anyone from working with this dealership. The certification did not mean what it was advertised to mean, and with serious safety issues, accountability was lacking. I do hope this dealership figures out its internal problems, improves, and learns to communicate better, so others don’t have to go through a situation like this.

This was my first time visiting Ken Garff Toyota in Cheyenne, WY. It’s a big, bright, and clean shop. Got my vehicle in and out of shop timely. Talked to both service manager and auto technician. Both were friendly and helpful. I will return for future services.

My expeexperience with Ken Garff Toyota was superb. I like it that when I drove into the garage for my appointment an agent was there to greet me and I completed my check in quickly.

Service was scheduled for installing running boards on our newly purchased Tundra. Service was started on time and completed sooner than anticipated. Staff was friendly and helpful, and the waiting area comfortable.

On this visit to Ken Garf Toyota I just had the oil changed in my BMW. But, as always, Linda was right on point and had everything under control. She does an excellent job!
