The team handled my engine replacement quickly and so far everything is working great. I had them do some work on brakes, they did not use this as an excuse to upsell me. They just did what was needed and saved me money in the process..

They do a really nice job here. The service department is run far better than Ford’s next door. Linda specifically is awesome and always does a great job taking care of us. They keep you up to date with texts and videos and the vehicles are cleaned before you pick them up.
I was in Cheyenne from out of town and needed an oil change. They were able to get me in with very short notice, and got my service done in only an hour. I am very pleased with them. If I lived closer, I would go back.

I got my 10,000 mile service check here for my 2025 Toyota RAV4. The service was thorough and quick. I waited about 30 minutes and they were done. I was able to schedule an appointment through the service desk without issues. Thank you Toyota!

Don't want to complain but it falls short of great.
We had regular maintenance completed at the dealership, and all was done well and quickly. THEN the alternator went and the vehicle was back in, 3 days before leaving for our grandson's wedding. Wes worked with our extended warranty company and got things moving in hours, not 24-48 hours that said it would take. The work again was done well. Wes was a pleasure to work with, and we thank him!!

Got an oil change, tire rotation and balance, and bought the three package deal. The only complaint is my car wasn’t washed which I believe is part of the package deal. Besides this, everything was great! Customer service was great!

My saleswoman was Katie and she was outstanding at her job. I was buying from out of town and she made the experience worry free and all paperwork in order with no big surprises. Unlike many other dealers that I have worked with I feel that this car dealer did a good inspection on the truck. They fixed the necessary items to make my used truck reliable. I had an excellent experience with salesman Scott Roberts, who went way out of his way on my out-of-state purchase of a new Rav4 off-road vehicle prior to my move to Cheyenne. Scott helped with every aspect of obtaining and registering my new vehicle, including picking me up at the airport when I arrived. I highly recommend Ken Garff Toyota and Scott for sales.

Really great customer service. My salesman (Nick) was super-knowledgeable about the Prius I was buying and supported the amount I needed for my trade-in. I chose to use the contactless purchase meaning the entire sales experience was at my home! It was amazing. They were able to order in the vehicle I wanted in reasonable time during a shortage of new vehicles. They were friendly and helpful through the entire shopping and buying process.
John was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all questions about the car, Avalon, that we were purchasing. He responded promptly to all requests and ensured our satisfaction. The two drawbacks was that we had to return to complete the financing paperwork as the had only one finance representative available. Joe Baker, finance, made the process easy and smooth. Bought my Camry new in CO, live in NE and use Spradley Barr Cheyenne to service my vehicle. Neighbor's tree fell on my hood, drove to Cheyenne experienced horrible noise in the engine. From the first meeting, until we drove a car off the lot a week later, Oliver was the consummate professional. Some dealerships have a tendency to pester you daily with calls and emails, not Spradley. Granted I did have some communication with Oliver after our first meeting, but it was initiated by me.

Stop to look at an Escape. John Austin listened to what our needs were and why. The Escape did not meet what we were looking for. He showed us a certified pre owned Lincoln MKC that had what we wanted in a car and the price was very good.

A great customer service experience from the time I set foot in the lot until I drove away in the car I purchased. Robert allowed me to test drive several cars and was friendly throughout. He was never pushy on selling any of them. Bob gave me a great deal and was straight forward. And last but not least, Spencer was fast and efficient with the finance process and paperwork. He didn't try to sell me anything extra that I didn't need. Spradley Barr Cheyenne will be were I go in the future for any auto needs.
Having bought several cars in the past, this is by far the best car shopping experience ever, hands down. Nick was a tremendous help.
